Session Agreement *

Session Details: The session includes the agreed-upon package (Individual, Buddy, or Group). The client will have access to the specified number of edited photos, and additional photos may be available for purchase. Payment: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due at the time of photo delivery. Rescheduling and Cancellations: Cancellations are only allowed if caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., illness, weather, or other emergencies). In such cases, the session will be rescheduled, and the deposit will be applied to the new session. Rescheduling can be done based on availability. Late Arrival: Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session time. Image Delivery: Edited photos will be delivered within the stated turnaround time. Additional editing requests may incur extra charges. Rights and Usage: The client grants Magaña Photography the right to use the images for promotional purposes, unless otherwise specified in writing.
